UNIT OVERVIEW

This unit prepares you for the Grade 11 Mathematics final examination. You will revise every key concept from the year and learn strategies to help you succeed in the exam.

The Grade 11 final examination has two papers:

• Paper 1: 150 marks, 3 hours — algebra, equations, functions, finance, probability
• Paper 2: 150 marks, 3 hours — geometry, trigonometry, statistics

In this revision unit, you will:

• Review exponents, surds, equations, and inequalities
• Master functions: parabolas, hyperbolas, and exponential functions
• Perfect trigonometric identities, equations, and the sine, cosine, and area rules
• Strengthen analytical geometry and circle geometry skills

• Solve probability problems using Venn diagrams and tree diagrams
